Responsibilities include: recording all transactions; posting debits and credits; producing financial statements; preparing reports and summaries for supervisors and managers; preparing bank deposits; verifying and balancing receipts; purchasing; preparing invoices; making collection calls on overdue accounts; assisting in all other small office duties. Requirements: Associates Degree in Accounting or related field; 3+ years of experience; Peachtree and Excel fluency.

PREPRESS OPERATOR (18450)
Our client, a world leader in innovative packaging is looking for an experienced Prepress Coordinator to join their team! This position will be directly responsible for project management and customer's artwork specification process. The person will oversee the activities of customer art as assigned. Immediate tasks involved will be to review all new revised customer artwork specifications, research the company's capabilities of fulfilling all the customer requirements, and communicating and negotiating changes necessary with the customer. This position will be responsible for maintaining all artwork specification documentation according to ISO standards. Excellent time management skills, customer service, quality assurance, sales, and production awareness of outstanding art specification issues are critical to this position. Other tasks will involve monitoring the function of assigned prepress activities within facility, management of purchased printing cylinders & coating plates, design of necessary tooling for gravure press and plate making processes. Qualifications: * Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Printing, or related field
* Literacy in design programs dealing with CAD, page layout, photo manipulation, illustration, and word processing.
* 3+ years experience in a technical manufacturing setting. Experience in printing is a puls!
* Experience working with gravure and flexographic printing systems is strongly desired.
